Refund & return

You can return any unopened and unused product within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.

To qualify:

• The item must be sealed, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless we made an error.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

2. Subscription Orders (Sachets)

Our sachet subscriptions are designed to make your wellness routine effortless — but you’re always in control.

If you’d like to pause, modify, or cancel your subscription, please contact us at support@iceandivy.com. Our customer care team will assist you personally and ensure the process is quick and seamless.

Please note: To avoid being charged for the upcoming month, contact us before your next billing date. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds for subscriptions

Because our subscription packs are freshly prepared and sealed for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened sachets. However, if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, we will immediately replace or refund it at no cost to you.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email support@iceandivy.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A short description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for:

• Opened sachets or bottles
• Free gifts, trial samples, or promotional items
• E-books or digital materials included in offers

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
